Happy Gappies
Congratulations to all our gap our gap students for passing their level one instructor exams and all but one passing the level two. With 3 ski groups and 1 snowboard group this season, things have been much busier. Everyone who has been involved in the training is extremely pleased with the result. All the Gappies have had a fantastic time, making huge improvements in their skiing and getting involved in the busy social side of the ski school, where several romances have also flourished.

The Snow is Here
February was a bit thin on the ground for snow, but it was soon made up for in March, with some good powder conditions. April continues to be good with regular top ups right down to the village.
With regular top ups through out the season so far conditions are still excellent with Mont Gele being open for the first time in 4 seasons!
Looks like a promising start to the season with 50cm of snow falling in the middle of November in the Village! The slopes opened on Friday 16th November for the weekend, with amazing conditions at Lac de Vaux. It was possible to ski to the village if you could put up with knee deep powder on the lower slopes :) However tempting it looked its still not a good idea to venture off piste yet if you want to keep skis and body intact.
